Andrea Sturm
Born in Germany, Andrea has spent more than half of her career being
expat in various countries. Balancing a successful business career
with a healthy social life has taught her important lessons, which
she enjoys sharing with workshop participants.
Being intrigued by different cultures, Andrea pursued an international
business education at Germany’s leading school: the European
School of Business (ESB). Following 2 years of studying and working
in France, she relocated to Hamburg where she stayed for 7 years.
The next assignment brought her to Vienna, from where she transferred
in 1998 to Amsterdam where she currently lives.
Andrea has extensive Marketing & Sales experience with Hewlett-Packard,
Beiersdorf, Otto Versand and Philips Consumer Electronics, where
she currently works as Director International Accounts.
Her personal experience of living & working as expat combined
with a passion for people enable her to appreciate and share all
aspects of expatriate life.
